In a personal injury case arising out of a collision between an automobile and a tractor, the jurys verdict was no cause of action. Appellant filed a motion for a new trial on the ground that the jury, in arriving at its verdict, considered incompetent documentary evidence that was neither introduced nor offered by either party during the trial. The motion for a new trial was denied and appellant, in this court, seeks reversal of the judgment of no cause of action and a new trial on the same grounds upon which he based his motion for a new trial before the district court.
